SAICON sp. z o.o. has implemented an ISO 9001 quality management system that covers all aspects of the production of automated material handling, including design, engineering, production, installation and service.
In the first half of this year, our company was preparing to implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and get a certificate in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. We have developed procedures and instructions to support the three main groups of company management processes, i.e., strategic, basic and supporting processes.
We have also adopted a Quality Policy, which, inter alia, obliges all of us to create a positive image of our company in relations with clients. We focus on meeting customer requirements through standardized, reliable and robust engineering processes. We also commit ourselves to continuous improvement and meeting the requirements of ISO 9001.
For the next 3 years, starting from July 23 this year, we can use the Certificate of Compliance of the Quality Management System with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 in the field of design, production, assembly, commissioning and service of automation systems and industrial devices.
