Your personal data will be processed in particular for contact purposes (the basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), for purposes related to the performance of the contract, including in particular the fulfilment of warranty conditions (legal basis for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) letter b) of the GDPR, marketing of own products and services (Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) of the GDPR), in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims that are the execution of our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), for tax and accounting purposes (legal basis for data processing: Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

The Data Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization outside the economic area of ​​the European Union. In the European Union, the level of protection of your data is the same as in all EU member states.

Period of processing your personal data

If you are our Client, your personal data will be stored by the Data Controller for the period necessary to conclude and perform the Contract, after which the data will be stored for the period appropriate for the limitation of claims and punishable acts (the limitation of claims in business relations is usually 3 years, while in the case of contracts concluded with consumers, excluding periodic claims, this period is 6 years).

Data processing for accounting and tax purposes will, as a rule, take place for a period not shorter than 5 years, with specific periods specified in legal regulations, e.g. tax regulations.

Personal data of candidates interested in work in our company are processed in the form of applications and CVs sent to us. Employees’ personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions specified in the labour law.

In addition, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of products or services and will be stored by the Data Controller until you object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of executing such purposes.

The period of availability of statistical data in the tools provided may, however, be longer than 60 days, but it is beyond the scope of the Data Controller’s decision. The Data Controller will no longer use them, but will have potential access to them until they are removed by the provider of the above-mentioned. tools.

Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data by the Data Controller

You have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, rectify them, delete them when they are redundant or untrue, restrict processing, the right to object to further data processing for reasons related to your particular situation or when they are processed for marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing. You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given to process your data, including their sharing, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract and provide services by the Data Controller. Your personal data will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

Security of personal data

In order to ensure the confidentiality of data, we have implemented procedures, organizational and technical solutions that allow access to data only to authorized employees who process it in connection with the entrusted tasks. We have also taken the necessary steps to ensure that our subcontractors and other entities with whom we cooperate guarantee the application of appropriate security measures whenever they process your personal data on our behalf, but only to the extent necessary to perform their official duties.
